Privacy policy

This policy covers hodgetwinsgear.com ("we", "us"). It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only an email address, and only if you give it to us (below). The site has no accounts or checkout. Search runs in your browser against a downloaded index, and we don't record what you search for.

Email alerts (optional)

If you sign up for alerts we send a confirmation link first and keep your address only after you click it (double opt-in). We use it for occasional emails about new products and giveaways on the official store — nothing else — and every email has an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately. Addresses are stored and sent by our email provider, Resend (opens in new tab), and are never sold or shared. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots; Turnstile checks your browser and connection and may process your IP address for that purpose.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free script that reports page views (the page path, without query strings), browser type and page-load timing to us in aggregate. Cookies

We don't set cookies or use advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter malicious traffic, including during the Turnstile check on the signup form.

Links to the official store

Product links take you to officialhodgetwins.com with an affiliate referral code. Once you're there, the store's own privacy policy applies, and it (and its affiliate platform, UpPromote) may set cookies to credit the referral. UpPromote reports referred orders and our commissions to us; we never receive payment details.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
